30-Day At-Home Trial, Returns & 4-Year Warranty

We don't need you to decide in a showroom. Use your DrAcher Health device at home for 30 days. If it hasn't earned its place in your routine, send it back.
30-day at-home trial
- 30 days from the day your order is delivered to decide.
- Full refund of the product price. No restocking fee. No photos, no forms.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. We email you the return address and instructions; we recommend a tracked service, as we can only refund items that reach us.
- Change of mind is a valid reason. So is "it didn't do enough for me."
4-year warranty (6 years with DrAcher Care+)
Every DrAcher Health device is covered for four years from the delivery date against defects in materials and workmanship, including LEDs, controller, battery and straps under normal home use. Devices purchased with DrAcher Care+ ($49, one device) are covered for six years.
- Replacement first, questions later. If a device fails, we ship a replacement before we ask what happened.
- Warranty returns: you pay the shipping to send the device back to us; we ship the replacement to you at no charge within the United States.
- Not covered: physical damage, water damage, use with non-supplied power adapters, or modification of the device.
How to start a return or a warranty claim
- Email support@dracherhealth.com with your order number. For a warranty claim, add a sentence about what happened.
- We reply within one business day with return instructions (returns) or a replacement tracking number (warranty).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.
Lifetime usage guidance
Questions about wavelengths, session length, placement or anything else go to our technical team, before or after you buy, for as long as you own the device.
